The retreat villa is set in a private location in the mountains, just 90 minutes away from Valencia airport and 15 minutes away from gorgeous Moraira and Calpe beaches and mountains. Monday
As you arrive at Valencia airport we will collect you and whisk you away to a luxury villa in the mountains of Moraira, Calpe where your hosts will welcome you with a glass of champagne and show you around the villa and your private or shared room. The first day we will spend getting to know each other, relaxing and enjoying a lush locally homemade paella dinner with a glass of local wine or beverage of your choice. We will spend the first evening setting intentions, doing powerful goal-setting session and having dinner to get to know each other.
Tuesday
We will begin the day with a movement and kundalini yoga, mindfulness practices and visualisation to help you create a new powerful shift in your life. After setting the intentions for the day we will enjoy a healthy breakfast with breathtaking views. After breakfast, we will delve into workshops and coaching to support your goals in business and personal growth. After the training and light lunch at the villa, we will head out to the beach area where we will enjoy local sightseeing. We will end the day with a private chef dinner at the villa and group conversations where you can build connections with fellow retreat guests.
Wednesday
Morning begins with light movement, meditation, breath-work and setting intentions and visualisation practices. After another gorgeous and healthy breakfast, we will dedicate time to working on our businesses and powerful coaching sessions. We will work on your visibility, thought leadership, growth strategies and how to quantum leap to new levels of success. Your coaches will be sharing their business success strategies and help you map out your offerings and launch strategies.
Lunch time we will enjoy some delicious local food and embrace typical siesta with time to relax, reflect and journal. The afternoon will be spent crafting your keynote talk with guidance and support. Ending the evening with a lovely dinner.
Thursday
This is a mid way of our retreat and by now you should feel relaxed, elevated and excited to slowly transition to the next part of the retreat that is focused more on personal brand and production - including personal brand photoshoot and your keynote speech development. Our last day at the villa will be dedicated to personal brand photoshoot to bring your personal brand to life, create stunning content and enjoy being the star of the show. In the afternoon we may head out to local town of Altea that offers great views, cobble streets and the perfect scenery for stunning photos. Our evening will be spent having conversations to reflect on our growth and set intentions for the next part of the retreat.
Friday
On Friday morning after delicious breakfast we will head to the Valencia port area where a beach front conference room awaits. Here we will hold 1 day mastermind workshop where you will have a full day coaching day. This is where we will work on your business, visibility, public speaking and thought leadership. We will be mapping out your keynote talk as well as filming your promotional speaker reel.
After the coaching day we will stay by the beach to have early dinner and cocktails before heading back to our apartment to get ready to go our in the evening to explore the city.
Saturday
In the morning we will be getting ready and glammed up for an in-person business event where Women Thrive guests will gather for inspirational Thrive Talks and our new book launch.
If you are a speaker, you will be delivering your keynote talk at the event in front of our live audience, where your talk will also be filmed by our professional filming crew.
After the inspirational event we may choose to head out for celebratory dinner and drinks.
Sunday
Sunday morning we will enjoy breakfast sharing our experiences of the retreat and get ready to check out and leave this incredible experience. Having made new life-long friends, elevated your personal brand, created new vision for yourself and your business. At the end of this retreat you should be going home refreshed, and excited about all the new connections you have made and all the promotional asssets you have created that will continue to boost your business and personal credibility that will further your growth, visibility and your speaking career.

We provide all transfers, catering, dine-out experiences, self-care practices & sightseeing, business workshops, expert training & mastermind experience.
For the second part of the retreat, we will create a professional production of your promotional speaker reel (sizzle reel), personal brand photoshoot and styling advice to help you elevate your brand and authority. This is where more exciting adventures await. In Valencia, we will explore the beautiful and iconic city, and enjoy a luxury dining experience and shopping. You will have a personal brand photo shoot with our professional photographer who will capture all of our moments in the city.
At the second part of the retreat in the city of Valencia, you will be featured as a keynote speaker at the live Thrive Talks event (inspired by TED) attended by international businesswomen living and working in Valencia.

About Women Thrive Media
Women Thrive Media / Women in Business was established May 2017, first event hosted in London called Women in Business. This is where our passion began for events and creating a women's collective. Since then, we have hosted regular in-person events, retreats and dinners. Some of our favourite destinations have been London, Paris and Ibiza. This our second year hosting a retreat in Valencia, at the request of many of our clients.
Our work mainly revolves around women's empowerment and supporting women in business. Our business is hosting events, publishing magazines and offering private coaching and mentoring to our global clientele.

How much does it cost?
The retreat cost is £1250 per night or £7500 in total, which includes accommodation, food, transfers, any additional activities, and coaching. We do not cover your flight costs or return transportation to the airport. We will only collect you from Valencia airport and your accommodation will be within a short distance to Valencia airport for your return flight. If you are flying into another airport, you may need to make alternative arrangements to the retreat venue and back. Please liaise with us about your time of arrival and departure.
What topics will be covered during the retreat?
During this retreat, we will be covering topics such as: Personal branding, visibility, thought leadership, business strategy, human design, productivity, pricing, launching your services, leadership, mindset, public speaking and media & PR.
Is there a maximum number of participants allowed?
Yes, we do have a limited capacity for this retreat Our full capacity is 12 people at this retreat, making sure you have a quality stay without too much overwhelm. We aim to maintain it's quality by making a careful selection of attendees.
What should I bring with me to the retreat?
You should bring a good selection of clothing, for various activities such as: swimming, hiking, going out for dinner, event outfits, and photoshoot outfits if you are having additional photos taken. We also suggest bringing a selection of warmer and lighter clothing. Evenings can get a little cold as temperatures drop after sunset. Daytime is usually sunny and warm with temperatures reaching 20-26 celcius.

Can I get a refund if I need to cancel my registration?
In most cases we can not offer a refund, instead, you may transfer your booking to another retreat date or service that we offer. We will decide on a case-by-case basis. If you have a reason to believe that you may not be able to make it to the retreat please notify us as soon as possible.
Who will be attending this retreat?
This retreat is currently attended by our community members and already existing clients of Women Thrive. The women attending this event are business owners or entrepreneurs, they are ambitious, successful and self-aware individuals. They are kind, supportive and encouraging to each other.
Is there free time for relaxation or exploration of the retreat location?
Yes, there will be pockets of time for yourself to do independent activities. As our schedule is relatively packed there may not be much time to go explore the local sights, outside the time allocated to do so, but you will have time for rest, relaxation and self-reflection.
Will I receive any photos and videos from this retreat?
Yes, you will receive a selection of photos and videos from this retreat. We will have a professional photographer for group photos and events, who will also be taking some personal pictures of our attendees. We will also offer the opportunity for our guests to upgrade their package and have a professional production of their promotional assets such as a speaker reel. You will also be invited to deliver a keynote talk on stage - which will be later produced professionally and the contents distributed to each participant. Please note any photos/videos taken during this retreat may be used for future promotional purposes, digitally and in print.
